drawing tips that help a whole lot
1. Don't copy someone else's artstyle. Practice drawing and find your own.
2. Use references. Do not trace, under any circumstances.
3. Make sure to periodically zoom out to check your drawing. It may not look as polished as you think it is.
4. Your art looks a lot more appealing with a background. Don't leave it in a white void, use a vibrant, eye-catching color to attract more people.
5. Make a reference sheet for your OC/persona in the future to avoid any mess-ups. Seriously, this has saved me from a lot of trouble.
6. If you start to feel burnt out, TAKE A BREAK. Burnout can last anywhere from a few days to a few months.
7. Watch tutorials on body poses/body types, and look up various sources to catch the right type of body you'd like to draw.
8. Have fun drawing! You don't have to draw to relieve stress if it doesn't work, draw on your own time.
That's it. Love yah. <3
