Blood and vomit and god knows what else stain the U.S.U.R.P.E.R.'s teeth. He hasn't been seen for weeks but neither have the king's family. His breath reeks of rotting flesh and the deaths of innocents. The guards who once kept the world safe from him once said they heard the faint screams of children from the dark corners of his cell. It was recently discovered that tunnels about the length of six football fields had been dug under the city, implying that the U.S.U.R.P.E.R. could be literally anywhere in the capital. Now might be a good time to lock your doors. But then again, those have never stopped him in the past.
