**The Tragic Night: Ava and Gregory's Final Encounter**
*It was a cold, silent night in Camelot. Gregory sat on the couch, waiting for Ava to return home. The clock read 2:30 AM. The creak of the front door broke the stillness, and Ava stumbled in, visibly drunk, her heels clicking unevenly on the floor.*
**Gregory:** *[standing up, tired but concerned]* Ava, it’s so late. Where were you?
**Ava:** *[swaying, laughing mockingly]* Out. Why? Do I need to report to you now?
**Gregory:** *[sighing, trying to stay calm]* I’ve been worried. You didn’t answer your phone—
**Ava:** *[snapping, her voice venomous]* Oh, shut up, Gregory! You’re always nagging!
**Gregory:** *[gently]* Ava, you’re drunk. Let’s just—
**Ava:** *[interrupting, shouting]* No, we’ll talk now! You think you’re so perfect, don’t you? Stuck with your stupid website, ignoring me—
**Gregory:** *[firmly]* Ava, that’s not fair. I’ve always tried to make time for you—
**Ava:** *[furious, closing the distance between them]* Time? For me? You don’t care about me. You never did!
*Without warning, Ava lashes out, shoving Gregory hard. He stumbles back, startled.*
**Gregory:** *[pleading]* Ava, stop this. Please.
*But Ava, blinded by her rage and intoxication, grabs a heavy object from the table—a decorative vase—and swings it violently at Gregory. The blow lands on the side of his head with a sickening crack. Gregory collapses onto the floor, blood pooling around him.*
*Ava stands over him, panting, her face twisted with anger. Slowly, the reality of what she’s done starts to set in as she looks down at Gregory’s lifeless body.*
**Ava:** *[whispering, voice trembling]* Gregory? Get up… don’t do this to me…
*She stumbles back, panic overtaking her. The distant sound of sirens begins to echo in the night, growing louder with each passing second. Red and blue lights flash through the windows. Neighbors had heard the shouting and called the police.*
*The door bursts open as officers rush in, weapons drawn.*
**Officer:** *[shouting]* Hands where we can see them!
*Ava drops to her knees, her hands shaking, blood smeared on them. She looks at the officers, then back at Gregory’s lifeless form, and begins to sob uncontrollably.*
*The officers quickly secure the scene, calling for paramedics. But for Gregory, it’s too late. The once-bright spark of his life is extinguished, leaving behind a trail of sorrow that would ripple through Camelot and beyond.*
