Pelagic is canonically a alien bird cat hybrid thing (I might update this render to include the pants) that escaped Area 51, after he escaped he came across YAU and he pretty much took him in, Pelagic can't talk due to not having a mouth, during his stay with YAU, he decided to try and make a game for himself and Noobie wanted to help and after YAU showed him how to make a brick part, he tried and failed (which is what's going on in the render) I might reveal more lore about this character in a separate post but I just wanted a way to debut him and needed an excuse to do a render
