I'm too lazy to explain their full lore, but basically people were starting to notice criminals disapearing without trace, which made people think they where escaping. So one of the workers like decided to bring their child I guess for it instead, becuz like.. he didn't want his kid?.. (Idk man i'm trying) The kid isnamed Eliza, but becus she's so young when it happens she forgor her name and is now thresher. they are dumb as hell.
