Heavenly Father, I come before You seeking Your protection and peace as I lay down to rest. I confess that I have allowed fear and anxiety from watching horror movies to disturb my sleep with nightmares. Lord, I ask for Your divine intervention to shield my mind and heart from the darkness that haunts my dreams.

In the stillness of the night, grant me the peace that surpasses all understanding, as promised in Your Word. Help me to remember that I can find safety and rest in Your presence alone. Lord, I renounce any negative influence these movies may have had on my thoughts and emotions, and I ask for Your cleansing and healing touch.

Lord Jesus, You are the Prince of Peace, and I look to Your example when You calmed the stormy sea. I pray for Your calming presence to dispel the storms of fear within me. Just as You rebuked the winds and the waves, rebuke the tormenting nightmares that plague my sleep. May I find comfort in Your embrace and the assurance that You are with me even in the darkest of nights. In Your holy name, I pray. Amen.
