FICTIONAL STORY:
In 2008, a group of terrorists made their way to a Police Precinct that they had planned for weeks. Right when they entered, they began opening fire on civilians and workers. The workers in the Police Precinct weren't armed except a few of them. They were underarmed with only pistols and low power semi auto rifles. Higher authorities soon arrived to the scene and was victorious. 8 Workers dead, 5 civilians dead, 4 injured.
