why did i format my pc? because the windows error recovery (when i every time start up my pc it shows up a stupid ass error saying "your pc failed to start, maybe your damn ass hardware or your stupid ass software fucked it up" and yes the helps didnt work because microsoft cannot help, even thought i know i had to press F8 it did not show up the repair your pc option) so theres nothing to do but to format this pc, man
