astro grew up in a mexican household where his parents barely survived off of fishing and working day and night. his parents were druggies and could barely support their 3 kids, and so astro (arya) would be raised by their older brothers. The moment he turned 13, he had to work as a fisherman to support the family that was getting worse and worse. he came out as transgender and gay at 14, in which only his brothers supported him. he changed his name and moved to another town at 15, staying in a high school with a dorm program on a scholarship. he sadly found his way to drugs soon after hanging out with the wrong group. he became addicted and when he couldn't find more supply he would just cry and burn himself with matches and cigarettes. his roommate was also the influence for this, and would abuse him into doing what he wanted. when astro turned 17, he met a boy named tairo at a coffee shop astro was working in, and they became friends. tairo was a good influence and soon they started hanging out more, and eventually getting together. tairo encouraged astro to quit drugs and smoking for him, and so astro tries his best to quit. fast forward and they now live together :) that's most of it lmk if u want the rest
