The execution is named "Forget me so, or forget me not."

For this execution, as the Ultimate Illustrator, it will be based on a-totally-real-book. He's dropped into a playplace for some reason, finding puzzles and solving them under a 3 minute timer, similar to what you do in Subliminal. After solving the puzzles, he's dropped to a second layer, only now that some gas had been sprayed in that level, and he has been given some disease, which explains why Zill looks so unamused. Since said disease has taken place, Zill has a disadvantage. Whoever the mono-thing is straps him down to the floor, and turns on an incinerator under him, even despite Zill being desperate to try and escape, his body and mind won't let them. As the floor lowers him to the pit, he starts getting deleted, and shot at with pencils and pens, going up from his legs to his head. And once Zill is weakened enough, Zill regains part of his consciousness, yet he doesn't remember his name (hey, that's a key point). And for that, he gets unstrapped, and before he could stand up, the floor beneath him collapses, dropping him into the fire. For him, he only see's faint hallucinations of familiar people (like Raid, Bliss, Ac3, and so on), but for everyone else, its just fades to black.

After the whole dropped into the incinerator thing, he does somehow pull a bow during chapter 3 of inanimateronpa, meaning he glitched out of the execution, and transported back to his room or whatever, just locked in there from the inside but is easily opened on the outside. He will have some effects from the execution, like the glitched things and such, and those "DELETE" texts, and his scarf is still partially burnt from the fire.
