well I had a panic attack this week.. first time I think(??) thank That_one_person for helping me with it, it was during cross country we were about 1 mile in I think, at school theirs been multiple fights and other things have happened as well.. its 12:40 Rn and I cant sleep.. I have marching band in the morning I don't know how I will survive this week.. sorry for making a vent post because I know lost of people don't like them and I do understand because these kind of posts are sad and sensitive so I fully understand, I hope you all have been having a good week and are doing amazing <333
