I watched the movie for this manga, I heavily recommend not to delve too deep into this, as many scenes in the movie were grotesque, shocking, and disgusting as it is ero guro. I feel this portrays CSA and abuse very well with the raw and fearful energy of it, showing the true disgusting nature that can be of people.
Although I feel some things were really revealing and too much, I don't see the bad things in the movie as positive or acceptable.

I believe Midori deserved so much better, so much. I feel heavy empathy with her.
