Musakui is 606's wife and fight partner. Prior to them meeting, while 606 had killed 707, Musakui, on her end, felt a disruption in her home realm, that being Purgatory (the middle ground between Heaven and Hell). Upon checking out the site, she saw 606 battered up, clinging onto a deceased Xeno. Musakui took it upon herself to take the two friends to Umbra's Infirmary. While 606 was patched up, 660 couldn't be revived under a curse called a Death Oath that they need to destroy and burn (more will be explained about it), as Musakui says (a deceased body under a death oath will have a timer on their head). 606 plans on going for it, but can't do it alone. So Umbra and Musakui went ahead and helped him with the journey.

Fun Fact: This was said by ARPYHM, and that being that 606 and Musakui's relationship is a dominant relationship, so they both rotate on leading.
