Alright so abt that last post of Soren (This will be a yapping session so skip if you don't care) At a young age Soren was known as a 'weak' child who wasn't expected to become powerful because he lacked the what his species had. Because of this his grandparents (Specifically his grandpa) didn't like him as much as their other grandkids. Soren would constantly get compared to the others, making him start to dislike himself much more. He tries to impress his grandparents one day but fails, instead making his grandparents think he's even more worthless (LoL) His grandpa decides to just get rid of him entirely as that's what Soren's species would usually do with weak children. But Soren manages to survive the thing that was supposed to kill him. This angered the 'Grand' league (More lore on them later) So they cursed Soren and banished him from his actual realm. (Bunch of petty nerds btw) This curse leads Soren to feel like his head gets shot and he sees disfigured creatures each time it happens, hence making him have to take pills for it to stop. These pills are basically a way for Soren to be 'normal' again. The curse gets activated by intense feelings (Baisc ahh reason I know) This is why Soren is usually quiet calm during things that can cause intense feelings to others. Or why I don't make him as silly as Damien. (More lore on how their relationship strted later.)
