Sony Windows 98 (2014-2016) is a Windows 98 emulator with all the features of the retro PC, Microsoft Windows 98. Its first release date to the world was in the U.S., on November 27, 2014. Then came the entire North American Version on January 6, 2015. It was released in Japan just 5 days after, on January 11, 2015. The Asian Version released on May 29, 2015 and the South American version on October 31, 2015. The African version released on November 9, 2015, and the European version on December 5, 2015. The Last Version released in Australia and New Zealand on March 19, 2016.
It was updated to build 22373 on April 8, 2017. The PS4 could handle the Sony Windows 98 system. BUild 58933 was the last update on December 27, 2019.
It went out of life on August 17, 2022.
