okay! so this is a series thing I've wanted to make for a while, right now its all on a Google doc and most likely posted on AO3 when I finish it, I'll tell y'all when I eventually post it, but I know I'll make art of it, I already have actually, so yeah!!

its basically if humans colonized in space, taking everyone on earth with them,(most unwilling) but they end up leaving some people behind on accident (or population control and lack of resources), thinking earth is empty, they do tests with bombs and poison gas, exetera. so the people on the ground are trying to survive whats happening, then at some point systems fail, causing the 'star people' to have to emergency land on earth, and end up being helped by the 'ground people.' its a work in progress lol, I have about 7 pages written? idk I'll post it somewhere eventually lmao.

also, yes I got this idea while listening to Come From Away, which I get to see live this weekend!!!!!!!!! that's also where the title is from.
