I also TRIED smt else just glad that my worry got the best of me

also no way am I ever goin into a hospital, doctors and medical and mental professionals scare me so damn bad it's not even funny, so I'm not seeking medical/mental help anytime soon

AAND if ygs r wondering, yes I DID swallow all of it, sadly; I can't regurgitate it. I puke a lot (like more than three times a week), and I'll try rn if it's not too late tho, but it's hard to puke up this bc I literally ate nothing else and it's difficult to puke up minor stuff for me
I've cooled down a bit and feel more relaxed, but sorry for the melodramatic ass post, I was genuinely a bit scared if not terrified, I knew nothin about medicine stuff so can't blame me tho, sorry if that was dramatic
